Who we are

At Autumn, we’re proud of the fact that we are all a little bit different.

We have grown from being an idea that was first born in Singapore to a team of over 40 people from spanning across Singapore, the Philippines, Romania, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, China and London. We take pride in our work and enjoy the fact that our Autumn family is growing steadily and expanding into the Asia markets.

We embrace diversity, quirkiness, quietness, chatterboxes and love the fact that we come from all walks of life, yet together, we work so well. We take time to understand and get to know one another, not just as colleagues but also as friends and we don’t take that for granted.

We know that some of our colleagues are foodies, that others have a passion for running and cycling. Some of us love karaoke and others can’t stand it but that’s OK.

We are big on data. We believe that every idea is a hypothesis unless data tells us otherwise.

At Autumn, we work hard! But we also love to kick back and have fun at work. It is fast-paced and that’s what makes it exciting. We understand and embrace this pressure but make sure we enjoy the ride together. A little weirdness is perfectly acceptable too!
